- Once a contract is accepted we plan the rehab and maintenance cycle and put the property on the market as a rental "For Sale goes on the property" during the closing of escrow process.We also coordinate the Closing Attorney, Home inspection, and Insurance needed for closing the property. Ninty (90%) of the properties are rented during this process giving an extra month of income for the investor. Coordination with our manageament group,Omni Property Managements.
